Allow to rest covered for about 15 minutes. Hold the grater under cold water, then fill the top up to 3/4 with dough. Put the grater upon a big pot with boiling salted water and shove the top with the dough back and forth, applying slight pressure. As soon as noodles rise to the top, remove them with a skimmer and fill them in a pre-heated bowl. Repeat the procedure. After use clean slicer and grater immediately with cold water, before you put them into the dishwasher.
