For cold therapy, place Spa Bolster Roll in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Your Spa Bolster Roll will retain moist warmth for up to 15 minutes; chilled for up to 10 minutes. Perfect for soothing hot/cold therapy.
• REMOVABLE COVER: The removable covers are handcrafted from some of the highest quality and most plush weighty fabrics available in the market.
